FST Projects - Title: "The future is Autonomous"

Abstract: Introducing FST Lisboa, IST's Formula Student team, exploring FST 12's triumphs and our vision for FST 13. Along with that, bear witness to key innovations shaping the future, joining us in this engineering journey. In the end, presenting a comprehensive proposal of groundbreaking Master Theses and work developments aimed to redefine limits and embody IST's legacy in every design, propelling FST Lisboa to new heights.
FST Lisboa Short Description: FST Lisboa is the Formula Student team from IST. Our mission is to develop prototypes to participate in international Formula Student competitions, an event created for the next generation of engineers. We are working with the goal of developing a new prototype: the FST 13. This is the team's 10th 100% electrical car and the 4th autonomous car. Explore FST Lisboa here.

TLMoto Projects - Title: "Racing towards the future"

Abstract: Presentation of TLMoto as well as the work carried out so far. Exposition of our three prototypes (tlmo1l, tlmo2e, and tlmo3e) along with the various stages of the competition, in which we participate every two years (ms1 and ms2 phases of MotoStudent). At first, we entered the competition with a combustion vehicle, and later on, we made history as the first Portuguese team to compete in the electric category.
TLMoto Short Description: Técnico Lisboa MotoStudent is a group of university students, dedicated to the design and construction of fully electric motorcycle prototypes intended for competition. In fact, the team is pioneer in the construction of the first electric prototype in Portugal. Over the past years, TLMoto participated in various editions of MotoStudent, considered the largest international university engineering competition in the field of motorcycling, bringing together teams from different countries. Besides that, in 2022, TLMoto participated in another event, Moto Engineering Italy, an achievement that the team promises to repeat. Explore TLMoto here.

AeroTéc Projects - Title: "Takeoff into new skies"

Abstract: Presentation of various AeroTéc projects with special focus on developed prototypes. There are several prototypes being developed in the scope of our projects, two of which involve more complex scientific-based prototypes that will take part in international competitions. These projects focus on two different aspects: the construction and technological improvement of rockets (run by RED - Rocket Experiment Division), competing in European Rocketry Challenge (EuRoC), and aircrafts conception (run by Atlas – Systems and Aeronautics), competing in Air Cargo Challenge (ACC) and New Flying Competition (NFC).
AeroTéc Short Description: The Aerospace Engineering Student Group is made up of students from various IST courses. It embraces 9 projects related to Aerospace Engineering, ranging from projects focused on building prototypes to projects focused on the community. The projects of prototypes development cover various aspects within the aerospace area, from aircrafts to jet engines and rockets, with multiple objetives, including demonstrating the results of their work in international competitions. Explore AeroTéc here.
